The NAVIGATE YOUR CAREER programme (NYC) is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by MISC Berhad devised to assist undergraduate students towards being industry-ready individuals. NYC exposes students to the realities and opportunities in the job market. The main objective is to create awareness on the importance of soft skills in order to enhance graduates’ employability in relation to current career demands.
